Mike Tierney is the George and Mary Hylton Professor of Government and International Relations at the College of William & Mary, and co-directs the Institute for the Theory and Practice of International Relations. His interests include international organizations, international relations theory, political economy of development and institutions, and foreign aid.
Seyed M. Mussavi Rizi leads Scensei's simulation analytics, leveraging his economics training to build software workflows that empower clients with timely and actionable information weaved into stories of how, why and with what risk. He has studied at Tufts University (MA), the Fletcher School (MALD) and GMU (PhD). He was previously a Researcher at George Mason University's Krasnow Institute for Advanced Study.
