Mike Tierney is the George and Mary Hylton Professor of Government and International Relations at the College of William & Mary, and co-directs the Institute for the Theory and Practice of International Relations. His interests include international organizations, international relations theory, political economy of development and institutions, and foreign aid.
Diego Giuliani is Assistant Professor (in economic statistics) at the University of Trento, Italy, Department of Economics and Management. He focuses primarily on the use and development of statistical methods to analyze micro-geographic data. Diego holds a MA in Economics from the University of Trento, Italy, and a PhD in Economic Statistics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” Italy.
