Background
Scott Ickes is Assistant Professor of Health Services at the University of Washington's School of Public Health. His research focuses on understanding the causes of poor nutrition and on identifying and testing innovative methods for promoting maternal and child health. Scott was previously an Assistant Professor of International Nutrition and Epidemiology in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences at the College of William & Mary, where he co-directed the Public Health minor and directed the Public Health Nutrition Lab.
