Summary
Rory Fedorochko is a Program Manager with AidData's Chinese Development Finance Program team. He co-authored a recent AidData report, Harboring Global Ambitions, that examines China's global ports footprint and the implications for future naval bases. Background
Prior to joining AidData, Rory graduated summa cum laude from William & Mary, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and was a recipient of the Cypher Award for graduating students. Rory worked for two years on AidData's Tracking Underreported Financial Flows (TUFF) team as a student Research Assistant, including as a Management Research Assistant. Rory also worked as a researcher at the Global Research Institute's NukeLab and as an e-intern with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command's "Importance of Ridiculous Ideas" program. He has studied abroad in Adelaide, Australia.
