Background
Prior to joining AidData, Rory graduated summa cum laude from William & Mary, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and was a recipient of the Cypher Award for graduating students. Rory worked for two years on AidData's Tracking Underreported Financial Flows (TUFF) team as a student Research Assistant, including as a Management Research Assistant. Rory also worked as a researcher at the Global Research Institute's NukeLab and as an e-intern with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command's "Importance of Ridiculous Ideas" program. He has studied abroad in Adelaide, Australia.
