Background
Prior to joining AidData full time, Jacqui worked as a student Research Assistant for AidData’s Tracking Underreported Financial Flows (TUFF) team. Jacqui recently graduated from William & Mary summa cum laude, where she was a Monroe Scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She was a fellow with the Project on International Peace and Security, where her research considered the potential for a Generation Z-led environmental populist movement in the United States.
