It includes both official development aid (ODA) as well as non-concessional lending and Other Official Flows (OOF) from official and semi-official government agencies and officials within Qatar.

The inaugural release of AidData's efforts to better understand Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) donors. This dataset systematically covers aid flows from Qatar to 13 recipients across the Middle East and Africa from 2010-2013. It includes both official development aid (ODA) as well as non-concessional lending and Other Official Flows (OOF) from official and semi-official government agencies and officials within Qatar. 136 projects are tracked within the dataset. The dataset was generated using a novel, open-source data collection methodology (TUFF) that triangulates project information across a range of data sources including media reports, Aid Information Management Systems, scholarly articles and recipient or provider ministry websites.
