This dataset includes all projects in the Aid Information Management System (AIMS) managed by the Government of Colombia. It tracks $827,309,604.77 in commitments for 665 projects across 2,981 locations between 1994 and 2014. The included "project.tsv," "locations.tsv," and "transactions.tsv" files are structured so as to be combinable with other v1.0 geocoded dataset releases.
