Mike Tierney is the George and Mary Hylton Professor of Government and International Relations at the College of William & Mary, and co-directs the Institute for the Theory and Practice of International Relations. His interests include international organizations, international relations theory, political economy of development and institutions, and foreign aid.
Matt Lowe is pursuing his PhD in Economics at MIT, specializing in the field of development economics, political economy and international economy. He previously worked as a Projects Officer at the International Monetary Fund and a Consultant at the World Bank. He has two working papers on the public and private marginal product of capital and the privatization of African railways. Matt also studies Mandarin Chinese.
