Mike Tierney is the George and Mary Hylton Professor of Government and International Relations at the College of William & Mary, and co-directs the Institute for the Theory and Practice of International Relations. His interests include international organizations, international relations theory, political economy of development and institutions, and foreign aid.
Maciek Latek is a modeler with expertise in economics, politics, security, statistics, operations research and data mining. He specializes in building analytical tools, decision support systems and multi-agent simulations. He holds a PhD in Computational Social Science from George Mason University and an MSc in Quantitative Methods from the Warsaw School of Economics. He co-founded Scensei, a decision support and analytics enterprise. He is a Research Assistant Professor at the Krasnow Institute for Advanced Study.
