A Notice to our AidData Users

April 14, 2016 -- On April 6, 2016, as part of a regular internal data quality review, AidData discovered an issue with our Level 1 geocoded data. The financial amounts in the datasets (both commitments and disbursements) were reported in nominal US dollars instead of being deflated to our standard US 2011 amounts across all records.

The following datasets were affected:

  • World Bank IRBD-IDA Geocoded Level 1 Research Release versions 1.3 and 1.4 OR downloaded between Dec. 7, 2015 to April 8, 2016.

  • All Geocoded Level 1 Research Releases from December 18, 2015 to April 8, 2016

We corrected the problem on April 8, 2016 and have published new versions of these datasets both on our portal and in the IATI registry. If you used these data products during these periods, please download the newest versions and use them in their place.

Please contact the AidData Data and Technology Team at data@aiddata.org if you have any questions or concerns.
